There are no refunds. If you cannot make it for the day you have booked, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that we can reschedule it to the next possible and available time for you. There is a 10% rescheduling fee if it is less than 48 hours notice. If you don’t give us notice and you cannot make your time, you forfeit your Splash Pass. Also note that we have different ticket prices for different days and that may also affect your final ticket cost.
In the event that we have to cancel or reschedule your session due to weather or E. coli, there will be no cost to you, unless the ticket price on the day you choose is different.
